Spark Construction is a full service general contractor. We’ve been serving San Francisco for 20 years. We repair, remodel, and enlarge residential and multi-unit properties. Performing top-quality work, from modest home repairs to full-scale additions and remodeling projects, we provide both schematic and interior design services, as well as all building trades. Furniture-quality cabinetmaking, tile and marble installation, plumbing and electrical work are just a few of the services available to our clients.

Each job is staffed with a Project Manager and on-site Superintendent. Special care is taken to match skilled craftsmen to our outstanding core group of subcontractors to ensure the work is performed flawlessly.
